Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were incredibly spacious, especially for New York standards, and I enjoyed a fantastic Harbor view from the top floor. However, the rooms tended to get quite hot at night, which was a bit uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being professional, understanding, and accommodating, making our family group's stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, near the Oculus and major subway lines, making it easy to navigate around Lower Manhattan and indulge in beautiful strolls along the river. The dining experience was decent but could have offered a more varied menu. Overall, a great value for the money and a memorable stay.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and very new, although there was a noticeable smell of marijuana. The service was friendly, but there were mix-ups with our orders. The location was great for exploring the city but lacked informing guests about certain situations. The dining experience was basic, and the facilities were convenient.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining experience was a bit slow, and the initial smell in the room was unpleasant, but the staff quickly resolved it. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spotless and lovely, but the humidity made the air a bit thick. The staff was friendly and helpful, yet they mixed up our orders a few times. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions and subway stations, but the dining experience left something to be desired.
